I thoroughly enjoyed the Glass Castle. I managed to read this book in the space of a week as I could not put the book down.
It just makes you think how life really is one big adventure and if you are open minded enough you can cope with any situation thrown at you whether good or bad. The life that Jeanette had growing up was never boring!
I watched the youtube clip showing Jeanette and her mum and thought that Jeanette was much more glamorous than the picture she paints of herself in the book. Her mum was just how I imagined her to be.
Great meeting today Girls, thanks Sarah. I really enjoyed this book and am glad everyone else did. Thanks for the blog tutorial too - hope this is posted in the right place!
