'Like Water for Chocolate' by Laura Esquivel was our January read, chosen by Jayne. All but one of the Book Group Belles loved this book and described it as 'light and frothy' rather like a good cappucino!

Loved this book - it's just nuts! Love the imagery, surrealism and total escapism - you can almost taste the food as you read this book. Smartie x
